My hope in therapy is to meet you exactly where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to understanding your story.
*Each person carries a unique inner world, and the concept of “Sonder” beautifully captures that truth.
My goal is to see you fully, understand your experiences, and offer support that feels meaningful and tailored to your life.
We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and together we’ll choose approaches that support your goals—whether that’s drawing from psychodynamic work, attachment theory, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, EMDR, or a blend of them.
For couples:
The foundation of my work with couples is the Gottman Method.
The Gottman Method is based on decades of research and focuses on building a strong friendship, managing conflict in healthy ways, deepening connection, and communicating more effectively. In our work together, you can expect to take part in assessments that help us get a clearer picture of your relationship’s strengths and challenges. From there, we use practical tools and interventions to help you strengthen your connection—both as a couple and as individuals.

Hello, and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
For me, being a psychologist isn’t just a profession — it’s a calling.
Since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through many chapters of their lives. While my roles and approaches have evolved, one thing remains constant: my commitment to providing care that is both compassionate and evidence-based. My therapeutic foundation is person-centred, and I’m continually weaving new knowledge, insights, and perspectives into my work.
I often think of counselling as a story we uncover together - not one with a tidy beginning or a perfect ending, but one that is always evolving. Some chapters are heavy, others are filled with hope, and many are still waiting to be written.
My role is to walk beside you as you make sense of the pages that have come before, while helping you write the ones yet to come in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
